Hank’s Live Music Performance Guidelines & Compensation
We appreciate your interest in performing at Hank’s! Please review the following payment policies, gig schedules, and requirements carefully.
Payment & Tax Requirements
- All bands will be paid via Venmo on the following day. No exceptions.
- A completed W-9 tax form must be submitted before payment is issued. This can be completed electronically for convenience.
- Payment will be made to the band leader only for the total base pay. The band leader is responsible for distributing payment among members as they see fit.

Performance Schedule & Compensation

Monday–Thursday & Sunday Gigs

• Compensation:

  • Solo Acoustic: $75 base + tips

  • Duo (Must Be Approved): $125 base + tips

  • Trio (Must Be Approved): $150 base + tips

• Meal Policy: Each band member receives a free meal before the gig only. Meals are not provided for guests or spouses.

Friday & Saturday Gigs

• Compensation:

  • Solo Acoustic: $100 base + tips

  • Duo (Must Be Approved): $150 base + tips

  • Trio / Full Band (Must Be Approved): $225 base + tips

• Meal Policy: Each band member receives a free meal before the gig only. Meals are not provided for guests or spouses.

• Meal Timing: Musicians must eat before performing while the kitchen is open or during the first break (if ordered in advance).

Booking & Artist Information

To streamline our scheduling process, we ask that all performers provide the following:
- Availability for February & March
- Band’s location
- Background & aspirations (e.g., professional vs. hobbyist)
- Availability for last-minute fill-ins in case of cancellations
- Any additional relevant details
